Returns & Refunds

You may return most products within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Notify us at support@qub2b.com and send the goods back within 14 days of notification.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, with original packaging and all accessories.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return, using the same payment method you used originally.

Standard delivery costs are refunded. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods were defective.

Defective goods are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Contact support to arrange repair, replacement or refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons, customised goods, and digital content delivered and consented to before the withdrawal period expires.
