Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-18

These Terms of Service govern your use of qub2b.com and purchases made through the store. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

1. Operator

QuB2B (trading name), EU business address — to be provided. Registration: EU company registration number — to be provided. VAT: EU VAT number — to be provided. Contact: support@qub2b.com.

2. Orders and contract formation

Product descriptions, prices and availability on the store are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.

A sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email.

We may refuse or cancel an order for fraud prevention, mispricing, or stock-out reasons.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added at checkout for consumers.

Accepted methods: cash on delivery, invoice (for business customers).

4. Delivery

Standard shipping within the EU: 5–10 business days. International shipping times are estimated at checkout.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery. For consumer contracts, risk passes when the consumer takes physical possession of the goods (Art. 20 Directive 2011/83/EU).

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, as per the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise the right, notify us at support@qub2b.com before the period expires. Return the goods within 14 days of notification. We refund all payments (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return.

The right does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery where return is not possible for hygiene or safety reasons, or to customised products.

6. Legal guarantee

Goods sold to consumers in the EU benefit from a two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771.

Please contact support for warranty claims and include proof of purchase.

7. Intellectual property

All content of this website (text, graphics, logos, images) is protected by intellectual-property rights and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the goods in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury.

9. Governing law and disputes

Consumer contracts are governed by the law of the consumer's habitual residence. Business contracts are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where we are registered.

EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes

We may amend these Terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
